This paper describes the failure background of the automobile engine oil cooler,and analyzes the failure principle of the oil cooler leakage.Through the failure detection and failure reproduction,to analysis bottom plate strength,the roughness,flatness of the sealing surface,bolt size and so on that maybe lead to the leakage is briefly described.In this paper,the failure causes and corresponding solutions are provided through the analysis of the oil leakage problem.
