摘要
在合成氨系统中,循环冷却水的水质好坏对系统的正常运行至关重要。由于系统中的换热器多为碳钢制造的金属换热器,在长期使用循环冷却水的过程中,极易发生腐蚀穿孔,进而引发漏氨事故。基于此,针对循环冷却水的腐蚀机理及影响因素进行分析,结合系统实际情况提出了相应的控制措施,通过做好杀菌灭生、定期清洗、合理提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率以及优化冷却水管理工作,推动合成氨系统中循环冷却水的长期稳定运行。
In ammonia systems,the quality of circulating cooling water is critical to the normal operation of the system.As the heat exchangers in the system are mostly metal heat exchangers made of carbon steel,they are very prone to corrosion and perforation during the long-term use of circulating cooling water,which can lead to ammonia leakage accidents.Based on this,the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors of circulating cooling water are analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are proposed in combination with the actual situation of the system to promote the long-term stable operation of circulating cooling water in ammonia system through good sterilization,regular cleaning,reasonable increase in the concentration rate of circulating cooling water and optimization of cooling water management.
