玻璃纤维/聚酰亚胺复合水刺滤料的制备和性能研究

摘要 文章研究了在玻璃纤维机织布表面进行涂层处理,并在其涂层表面通过水刺固结耐高温聚酰亚胺纤维网层,之后再浸渍热压形成的新型过滤材料。实验表明,该新型过滤材料比常规同克重针刺毡具有更好的过滤效率和粉尘剥离率。 This paper researched a new kind of filter material. The filter material is formed by coating surface of glass fiber woven fabric, then fixing high-temperature resistant polyimide(PI) fiber net layer on the coated surface through spunlaced consolidation, and finally going through hot-pressing and immersion. The experimental results show that the new filter material has better filtration efficiency and dust stripping rate than conventional needled felt with the same weight.
