On Values,Pitfalls and Goal Construction of Law Education in College Student Business Pioneering

大学生创业法律教育是创业教育的主要内容之一。由于目标定位不准确,大学生创业法律教育在理论和实践中存在缺位、素质化、功利化或学术化等倾向,难以满足大学生的创业法律需求,进而影响大学生创业法律教育的实效性。基于大学生创业教育目标体系,结合法治中国建设、人的自由全面发展和个性化需求,建构“三层递进”的大学生创业法律教育目标体系:以创业法律意识养成为核心的普及性目标,以创业法律知识内化为核心的提升性目标,以创业法律能力生成为核心的个体性目标。

the entrepreneurial law education of college students,as the core of entrepreneurial education,has such a tendency as vacancy,one—sidedness,utilitarianism or scholarship because of inaccurate goal orientation.Based on the target system of entrepreneurial law education of college students and combining building China under the rule of law with the free and all-round development of human beings and their individual demands,the paper puts forward the goal of three-layer progress of entrepreneurial law education in college students including the universal goal with cultivating entrepreneurial law awareness,the upgrading goal with internalizing entrepreneurial law knowledge and the individual goal with developing entrepreneurial law competence as its core.
