摘要
顶管工作井施工技术是山洪截滞管网工程中的常见技术之一。在顶管工程中,工作井的施工是至关重要的一项内容,强调根据力的平衡原理,完成垫层铺设、模板绑扎、混凝土浇筑以及工作井下沉、顶进操作,并保证顶管工作井施工时与土体之间的相对位移在规定范畴内。为了解决顶管工作井的高质量施工方法,文章以某山洪截滞管网工程中的顶管工作井施工为例,简单介绍了顶管工作井沉井施工法的流程,并对沉井施工法的通病及应对要点进行了进一步分析。得出:顶管工作井为临时结构,需要在基底平整的基础上安装沉井钢筋与模板,在安装后浇筑沉井混凝土并完成工作井下沉。在工作井下沉到标准高度后,进行沉井基底处理以及水下混凝土封底、沉井底板混凝土施工、顶进。
Pipe jacking working well construction technology is one of the common techniques in mountain flood interception pipe network engineering. In the pipe jacking project, the construction of the working well is a crucial content. It emphasizes to complete cushion laying, formwork binding, concrete pouring, sinking and jacking of the working well according to the balance principle of force,and ensure that the relative displacement between the construction of the working well and the soil is within the specified scope. In order to solve the high quality construction method of pipe jacking well, taking the pipe jacking well construction in a mountain flood interception pipe network project as an example, the paper briefly introduces the process of the construction method of pipe jacking well, and further analyzes the common faults and the key points to deal with it. It is concluded that the pipe jacking working well is a temporary structure, and it is necessary to install steel bars and formwork in the caisson on the basis of flat foundation, pour concrete in the caisson shaft after installation and complete the sinking of the working well. After the working well sinks to the standard height,the caisson base treatment, underwater concrete bottom sealing, concrete construction and jacking are carried out.
