摘要
某河道整治标准洪水重现期为20年,新建1座跨河简支梁桥建筑物,由于桩基没有严格按照设计要求施工及防护,出现桩底沉渣厚度超出规范要求等问题。以此,文章通过从地质勘探资料、施工工艺、过程资料着手分析,找出桩基沉渣过厚的主要原因,采用高压注浆技术处理,解决了桩基底部沉渣过厚问题,确保单桩承载力满足设计要求。
The standard flood return period of a river course is 20 years. Because the pile foundation is not constructed and protected strictly according to the design requirements, the thickness of the sediment at the bottom of the pile exceeds the standard requirements.Therefore, based on the analysis of geological exploration data, construction technology and process data, the main reasons for the thick sediment of pile foundation are found out in this paper. High pressure grouting technology is adopted to solve the problem of thick sediment at the bottom of pile foundation, so as to ensure that the bearing capacity of single pile meets the design requirements.
