Safety Evaluation and Analysis of a Reservoir Dam

以某水库安全分析评价为例,依据《水库大坝安全评价导则》规范规定,开展某水库安全评价工作。重点针对某水库除险加固后运行中暴露的质量缺陷和安全问题进行论证分析,结合水库现场安全检查情况,对某水库工程质量和运行管理情况进行评价分析,对某水库防洪能力、渗流安全、结构安全、抗震安全和金属结构安全进行复核,对大坝安全进行综合分析评价,为某水库安全鉴定提供技术支撑,为管理单位对水库安全运行管理工作提供帮助。对坝高30 m以下浆砌石坝安全评价分析工作提供借鉴。

Taking the safety analysis and evaluation of a reservoir as an example, the safety evaluation of a reservoir is carried out according to Safety Evaluation Guidelines for Reservoirs and Dams. The quality defects and safety problems exposed in the operation of a reservoir after the reinforcement are demonstrated and analyzed. Combined with the on-site safety inspection of the reservoir, the quality and operation management of a reservoir project are evaluated and analyzed. The flood control capacity, seepage safety,structural safety, seismic safety and metal structure safety of a reservoir are reviewed, and the dam safety is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated, which provides technical support for the safety appraisal of a reservoir and helps the management unit in the safe operation and management of the reservoir. It provides reference for the safety evaluation and analysis of masonry dams with dam height less than 30m.
