大新沟闸安全综合评价

Comprehensive Safety Evaluation of Daxingou Sluice

摘要 大新沟闸位于东港市新沟河下游,闸址以上控制流域面积为87.10 km^(2),其结构为闸、桥结合式,是一座担负着大新沟挡潮、排洪、灌溉等综合任务的小(1)型水利工程。该闸始建于1968年,1999年进行除险加固,经过二十年的运用,水闸整体出现老化现象。文章结合工程现状及存在的主要问题,依据《水闸安全鉴定管理办法》等有关规范,进行了安全复核计算和综合分析,评价对工程的安全影响并提出处理意见,为以后水闸安全运行管理和除险加固提供依据。 Daxingou sluice is located in the lower reaches of Xingou River in Donggang City. The controlled watershed area above the gate site is 87.10 km^(2). Its structure is the combination of sluice and bridge, which is a small(1)type water conservancy project undertaking the comprehensive tasks of tide retaining, flood drainage and irrigation in Daxin Ditch. The sluice was built in 1968 and reinforced in 1999. After 20 years of application, the whole locks appear aging phenomenon. Based on the current situation of the project and the main problems existing in the project, safety review calculation and comprehensive analysis are carried out, the impact on the safety of the project is evaluated and and treatment suggestions are put forward according to Sluice Safety Appraisal Management Method and other relevant norms. It provides basis for the safe operation management and safety reinforcement of sluice in the future.
