随着新型智慧城市的建设,多功能合杆及5G搭载项目已在各大城市开展。由于该项目线路长、跨专业、协调大等特点,其造价控制难度比其他项目大。文章从前期踏勘、多方案比选、计量计价等角度阐述如何做好合杆工程前期投资控制工作,并提出概算指标法前期造价控制技术。指标法控制技术是通过对已完项目分析整理,编制而成的一套概算指标。运用指标法控制技术指导工作,更好地实现前期造价控制工作,对智慧城市多功能合杆及5G搭载项目的建设起到积极推动作用。

With the construction of new smart cities, multifunctional rod and 5G carrying projects have been carried out in major cities. The cost control of this project is more difficult than other projects due to its features of long line, cross-specialty and great coordination. The problem of how to control the investment in the early stage of the joint rod project are expounded from the perspective of preliminary survey, multi-scheme comparison and selection, measurement and valuation. In addition, the preliminary cost control technology of the estimate index method is put forward. The control technology of index method is a set of estimate index compiled through the analysis and arrangement of completed projects. Using the index method to control the technical guidance of work can better realize the control of preliminary cost and play a positive role in promoting the construction of multifunctional rod and 5G carrying project of smart city.
