数字普惠金融对农业绿色增长的影响--兼论农村人力资本投资的调节作用

The Impact of Digital Financial Inclusion on Agricultural Green Growth:On the Adjustment Function of Rural Human Capital Investment

本研究尝试将数字普惠金融与农村人力资本同时纳入农业绿色增长分析框架,基于2011-2018年中国除西藏、及港澳台地区的30个省级面板数据和北京大学数字金融研究中心提供的数字普惠金融指数,采用系统广义矩估计方法,评估数字普惠金融对农业绿色增长的影响以及农村人力资本的调节效应。研究发现:数字普惠金融对农业绿色增长具有显著的正向促进作用;数字普惠金融的覆盖广度、使用深度有助于农业绿色增长,而数字化程度抑制了农业绿色增长;数字普惠金融促进了农业绿色技术的改善,但明显抑制了农业技术效率的改善;教育性农村人力资本、健康性农村人力资本在数字普惠金融对农业绿色增长的影响效应中发挥正向调节作用,而迁移性农村人力资本呈负调节作用。

This research attempts to incorporate digital financial inclusion and rural human capital into the agricultural green growth analysis framework at the same time.It is based on the 2011-2018 30 provincial panel data in China's mainland except Tibet region, Hong Kong SAR,Macao SAR and China's Taiwan region, and the data provided by the Digital Finance Research Center of Peking University.The digital financial inclusion index uses a systematic generalized moment estimation method to evaluate the impact of digital financial inclusion on agricultural green growth and the moderating effect of rural human capital.The research found that:digital financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on agricultural green growth;the coverage and depth of digital financial inclusion contribute to agricultural green growth,while the degree of digitization inhibits agricultural green growth;digital financial inclusion promotes The improvement of agricultural green technology is obviously inhibited,but the improvement of agricultural technology efficiency is obviously inhibited.Educational rural human capital and healthy rural human capital play a positive role in the impact of digital financial inclusion on agricultural green growth.Rural human capital has a negative regulatory effect.
