高职院校内部质量保证体系诊改创新与实践--以荆州职业技术学院为例

Innovation and Practice of Internal Quality Assurance System in Vocational Colleges Based on"Diagnosis Reform"from Jingzhou Institute of Technology

不断完善内部质量保证体系,推进高职教育创新发展,是高职院校诊改道路上必须解决的难题。针对当前高职院校内部质量保证体系的发展困境,以高职院校内部质量保证体系建设内涵为依据,并以荆州职业技术学院人才培养工作状态数据管理系统为支撑,从学校、专业、课程、教师、学生层面、平台建设以及质量文化创新的角度出发,构建荆州职业技术学院“1421内部质量保证体系”、诊改“打油诗”、“8字形质量改进螺旋”、“荆职开处方”诊改法和“八步自问诊改法”等特色诊改实施方案,探究出特色鲜明的“学、建、做、评”四步诊改推进新模式,对高职院校内部质量保证体系的诊改具有重要参考价值。

It is obvious that constantly improving the internal quality assurance system and promoting the innovation and development of higher vocational education are the key to problem resolution by means of diagnosis and improvement of vocational college.In view of the current development dilemma of internal quality assurance system,the paper tries to expound the connotation of internal quality assurance system construction and data management system of talent cultivation.The aims is to create Jingzhou Institute of Technology's 1421 internal quality assurance system such as diagnosis and reform doggerel,8-shape quality improvement spiral,Jingzhi prescription diagnosis and reform model,eight step self-examination and diagnosis reform method.Therefore,it is essential to explore a distinctive learning,building,doing and evaluation four step diagnostic reform.
