摘要
随着我国老龄化程度的加剧,老年护理服务需求评估人才的需求日益凸显,通过重构“书证融通”的人才培养方案,设计“课证融通”的课程体系,优化师资队伍以及加快产教融合实训基地建设。并探索融入1+X证书制度的老年护理专业人才培养新模式,以适应老龄事业的发展需要。
With the aggravation of the ageing degree in China,the demand for talents of elderly nursing service has become increasingly prominent.By reconstructing the talent training scheme of"documentary evidence integration",it is necessary to design the curriculum system of course certificate integration and optimize the teaching staff and accelerate the construction of production education integration cultivation base.Therefore,it is essential to explore a new cultivation mode,which could enhance the elderly nursing professionals to integrate into the 1+X certificate system.The purpose is to satisfy the needs of the ageing society.
