终身学习理念下我国学历继续教育高质量发展策略

Research on the High-quality Development Strategy of China’s Academic Continuing Education under the Concept of Lifelong Learning

高等学历继续教育高质量发展的重点应在于服务全民终身学习,其发展现状与国家对高等教育的高质量发展要求存在较大差距。国家2035年建成服务全民终身学习的现代教育体系的教育战略目标为我国高等学历继续教育提供了新的发展机遇,同时也提出了新的要求。从高等教育高质量发展的需要、构建终身学习的现代教育体系的要求和学历继续教育面临的现实困境等三个方面阐述了我国高等学历继续教育为何必须走高质量的道路,在终身学习的视域里提出了我国高等学历继续教育多样化、多层次、多形式供给的高质量发展方略,以期对其未来发展提供参考和建议。

The focus of the high-quality development of academic continuing education should be to serve the life-long learning of the whole people.There is a big gap between its current development and requirements for the high-quality development of higher education in China.The strategic goal of establishing a modern education system that serves the lifelong learning of all people in 2035 provides new development opportunities and new requirements for the academic continuing education in China.This article elaborates on the need for high-quality development of higher education,the requirements for constructing a modern education system for lifelong learning,and the realistic dilemmas faced by academic continuing education.It puts forward a high-quality development strategy of diversified,multi-level,and multi-form supply of higher continuing education in China,in order to provide references and suggestions for its future development.
