摘要 教师是远程教育的重要角色,是远程教育机构与学生联系的桥梁。当前远程教育领域教师工作职责对应的角色定位不清晰,专业能力及其考核标准不明确,教学水平参差不齐,直接影响着远程教育的办学质量。通过文献分析归纳从事远程教育教师的专业能力研究现状,并从教师角色定位的角度出发,梳理教师的角色,将其归为课程、教学与服务、管理、发展等四大类别,经考察高校远程教育知晓教师具体职责,明确角色类别下职责的划分,得出对应角色和所需专业能力。最后对高校远程教育教师应具备的专业能力进行分析,提出针对教师专业能力的培养策略,以期对国家远程教育教师队伍的建设有所裨益。 Teachers play an important role in distance education and are the bridge between distance education institutions and students.At present,the role of distance education teachers is not clear,their professional ability and assessment standards are not clear,and their teaching level is uneven,which directly affects the quality of distance education.Through literature analysis,this paper summarizes the research status of professional abilities of teachers engaged in distance education,combs the role of teachers from the perspective of teacher role positioning,and classifies them into four categories:curriculum,teaching and service,management and development.By investigation,distance education in colleges and universities should be clear about the specific responsibilities of teachers,defines the division of responsibilities under the role category,and obtains the corresponding roles and required professional abilities.Finally,it analyzes the professional abilities teachers should have,and puts forward the training strategies for teachers’professional abilities,in order to be beneficial to the construction of teaching teams for national distance education.
