摘要
开放教育专业教学团队是适应开放大学转型的一种有效的教学组织,是开放大学办学体系实施开放教育高质量发展的有效举措。在教学团队运行中,遇到了困境和瓶颈,阻碍了教学团队工作的开展和目标的实现。在分析开放教育专业教学团队现实意义及运行困境的基础上,运用资源基础理论,研究开放教育专业教学团队的资源与能力,提出开放教育专业教学团队运行机制的内涵及构建原则,并对运行机制提出“明晰理念,确定目标”“构建开放式团队”“优化教学团队组织结构”“健全与创新驱动机制”等构建策略,以期对解决开放教育专业教学团队的运行困境发挥作用。
The professional teaching team of open education is an effective teaching organization to adapt to the transformation of open universities.It is an effective measure for the school running system of open universities to implement the high-quality development of open education.The operation of teaching team has encountered difficulties and bottlenecks in the development of teaching team and the realization of objectives.Based on the resource-based theory,by analyzing the practical significance and difficulties in operation,this paper studies the resources and abilities of the professional teaching team of open education,puts forward the connotation,construction principles and clear ideas of the operation mechanism,and puts forward strategies,such as,“clarifying ideas and setting goals”,“building an open team”,“optimizing the organization of teaching teams”,and“perfecting and innovating the driving mechanism”,which are expected to play a role in solving the dilemma in operation of the professional teaching team of open education.
