摘要
习近平教育扶贫观坚持“以人民为中心”的发展思想,明确了教育扶贫在消除贫困中的战略治本之作用。从生成逻辑来看,习近平教育扶贫观是马克思主义反贫困理论在新时代的集中呈现,是中国共产党人扶贫理论与扶贫实践发展的历史结论,是习近平对教育与贫困关系深刻把握的实践成果。从核心要义来看,习近平教育扶贫观是以教育实现“人的发展”为目标,以提升人的自我发展能力为核心的内源式脱贫致富之路。从实践路径来看,习近平教育扶贫观提供了一条接续消除相对贫困、稳步走向共同富裕的现实之路。
Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation through education adheres to the“people-centred”development concept,and clarifies the strategic function of poverty alleviation through education in the eradication of poverty.From the perspective of generation logic,Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation through education is the concentrated presentation of Marx’s theory of anti-poverty in the new era,the historical conclusion of the poverty alleviation theory and practice by the Communist Party of China,and the practical achievement of Xi Jinping’s deep grasp of the relationship between education and poverty.From the core point of view,Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation through education takes“human development”as the goal,and the enhancement of people’s self-development ability as the core,which is an endogenous way of poverty alleviation.From the perspective of practice,Xi Jinping’s view on poverty alleviation through education provides a realistic way to eliminate relative poverty and steadily move towards common prosperity.
