摘要
依托瑞典最古老的乌普萨拉大学建立的乌普萨拉第三年龄大学老年教育实践成果丰富,整体来看,其在组织管理、课程模式、经费筹措、师资、实践活动设计与学习资源等方面已形成了多元化、体系化、整体化、协同化、效能化的运作机制,构建了学习成果共享平台,更为凸显主题性与研究性。同时,也为我国老年教育发展提供了启示:完善组织管理制度体系;优化课程模式,激发学习动机;强化多方协同合作,整合资源平台。
Based on Sweden’s oldest Uppsala University, Uppsala University of the Third Age has achieved rich practical results in elderly education. On the whole, it has formed a diversified, systematic, integrated, collaborative and efficient operation mechanism in terms of organization and management, course model, funding, teachers, practical activity design and learning resources, and has constructed a learning achievement sharing platform, which highlights the theme and research. At the same time, it provides enlightenment for the development of elderly education in China. It is necessary to improve the organization and management system;optimize curriculum model and stimulate learning motivation;strengthen multi-party collaboration and integrate resource platforms.
