专业建设是高校本科建设的重要一环,是高等教育内涵式发展的必由之路。目前高校普遍重科研轻教学,致使专业建设一直处于“不温不火”的状态;普遍将目光聚焦于“一流”,忽视“特色”“优势”建设,专业建设呈现千篇一律的态势,同质化现象严重。高校本科特色优势专业建设的突破路径为:以高考综合改革为契机,以“专业+院校”志愿模式助力高校进行专业建设布局;明晰定位,调动高校建设特色优势专业的积极性;加强政府宏观调控,引导用人单位改革招聘标准;出台政策规范,依托主流媒体形成正确舆论导向。

Discipline construction is an important part for university undergraduate and the only way for the connotative development of higher education.At present,education in university pays more attention to scientific research and pay little attention to teaching,which results in the tepid status of discipline construction.Generally,university focuses on the first class,ignores the special and advantageous construction.Discipline construction presents on the same pattern,seriously homogenization phenomenon.The breakthrough paths of university advantageous discipline construction of undergraduate are as follows:take the comprehensive reform of the national college entrance examination as a chance,and use the"discipline+college"voluntary model to promote the discipline construction of undergraduate;clarify orientation,and mobilize the enthusiasm of university advantageous discipline construction of undergraduate;strengthen government macro-control,and guide the employers to reform recruitment standards;introduce policy norms,form the correct direction of public opinion depended on mainstream media.
