水厂纳滤浓水的真空紫外与臭氧协同处理工艺

摘要 水厂纳滤浓水中溶解性有机物(DOM)含量较高,可生化性较差。文中介绍采用真空紫外和臭氧联用(VUV/O_(3))的工艺降解浓水中的DOM,探究了O_(3)流量和初始pH对DOC去除效果的影响,通过三维荧光光谱和分子量分级对反应前后的DOM进行表征,并分析了处理后浓水的可生化性。结果表明,在O_(3)流量为100m L/min、反应60min的条件下,VUV/O_(3)对浓水中DOC和UV_(254)去除率分别达到了80.4%和89.6%,且该工艺能有效将浓水的可生化性(B/C)提高至0.241,为原浓水的4.1倍。研究可以为水厂实际浓水处置提供一定技术支撑。 Nanofiltration(NF) concentrated wastewater from water treatment plant(WTP),which contains higher concentration of dissolved organic matter(DOM) and is low biodegradability.Combined processes of vacuum UV and ozone(VUV/O_(3)) were applied in DOM degradation.Effects of O_(3)flow and initial p H value on DOC removal were investigated.Changes of DOM before and after reaction were characterized by excitation emission matrix spectrum(EEMs) and molecular weight classification,and biodegradability of NF concentrated wastewater after treatment was analyzed.Results showed that the removal of DOC and UV_(254)by VUV/O_(3)were 80.4%and 89.6% after 60 min reaction time,under condition of 100 mL/min O_(3)concentrated wastewater to 0.241,which is 4.1 times of original concentrate.This study could provide certain technological support for the actual NF concentrated wastewater disposal of WTP to some extent.
