红枣多糖提取工艺优化及颗粒剂的研制 被引量:3

摘要 对红枣中多糖提取工艺优化及辅料筛选,研制出红枣多糖颗粒剂。红枣多糖提取采用水提醇沉法,以温度,料液比和提取时间三个因素设置正交试验,选出最佳提取条件是水浴温度80℃;料液比1:10;提取时间2 h,提取率为3.37%。红枣多糖颗粒剂的辅料筛选以成型率和吸湿率为评价指标选出颗粒剂制备配比为原料药:淀粉:乳糖=1:2:1,并以湿法制粒制得红枣多糖颗粒。 Ziziphus zizyphus polysaccharide granules were developed through the optimization of extraction process of polysaccharides from Ziziphus zizyphus and the screening of excipients.Ziziphus zizyphus polysaccharide were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,and orthogonal experiments were set up with the factors of extraction temperature,material-liquid ratio and extraction time.The best extracting methods for Ziziphus zizyphus polysaccharides were as follows water bath temperature was 80℃;solid-liquid ratio was 1:10;extraction time was 2 h,the polysaccharide extraction rate was 3.37%.The excipients of Ziziphus zizyphus polysaccharide granules were selected as the evaluation index.The ratio of forming rate and hygroscopic rate was selected as the evaluation index.The proportion of the granules was selected as raw material:Starch:Lactose=1:2:1,and Ziziphus zizyphus polysaccharide granules were prepared by the wet granulation method according to the optimal ratio.
