HPLC测定灯芯炭煅制过程中二种菲类化合物的含量变化

摘要 利用HPLC方法测定在灯芯草煅炭过程中二种菲类化合物(厄弗酚和去氢厄弗酚)的含量变化,对所得炮制工艺进行考察。该方法准确、灵敏、高效可用于灯芯草煅炭过程中厄弗酚和去氢厄弗酚的含量测定;在煅炭过程中,外观性状和所含成分发生明显变化,厄弗酚和去氢厄弗酚也逐渐受热分解,为保证灯芯炭质量均一稳定,在灯芯草煅炭过程中需建立量化的炮制参数。 To optimize the processing technology of Juncus effusus carbon and develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of 2 components(effusol and dehydroeffusol),meanwhile detect the content change rule of the two components at different time points during the traditional preparation of charcoal drugs.The HPLC method is accurate,precise,and efficient,which can be used to quantitatively determine the two components during the processing.In the processing technology,the surface color of the herb changed obviously.In order to obtain uniform and stable quality of Juncus effusus carbon,quantitative processing parameters are very important in the processing of Juncus effuses.
