摘要
建立一种火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定枸橼酸钙片的溶出度。用钙空心阴极灯,测定波长:422.7 nm;狭缝宽度:0.6 nm;空心阴极灯电流:10 mA;火焰类型:空气-乙炔;乙炔流速:1.5 L/min,空气流速:10 L/min。结果表明,钙元素在2~6μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9993),检测限为0.37μg/mL,平均回收率为100.09%,RSD=0.72%。该方法专属性好、准确度高,可用于枸橼酸钙片的溶出度测定。
A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established to determine the dissolution of calcium citrate tablets.A calcium hollow cathode lamp was used.Determination wavelength was 422.7 nm.Slit width was 0.6 nm.Hollow cathode lamp current was 10 mA.Flame type was air acetylene.Acetylene flow rate was 1.5 L/min.Air flow rate was 10 L/min.The results showed a good linear relationship within the range of 2~6μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9993),and the limit of detection was 0.37μg/mL,the average recovery was 100.09%,RSD=0.72%.The method has good specificity and high accuracy,and can be used to determine the dissolution of calcium citrate tablets.
