Quantitative Detection of 5-bromo-5-nitro-1,3-dioxane in Aqueous Solution by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

气相色谱-质谱联用是一种实用、灵敏、准确的二噁烷检测方法。5-溴-5-硝基-1,3-二噁烷的挥发性较弱,本文采用甲醇/四氯化碳萃取预处理,建立气相色谱串联质谱法鉴别并测定缓冲液中的5-溴-5-硝基-1,3-二噁烷含量的方法。利用外标法建立的标准曲线线性关系良好,能够满足所测浓度范围的定量分析,测试的稳定性较高。

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is a practical,sensitive and accurate detection method for dioxane.The volatility of 5-bromo-5-nitro-1,3-dioxane is relatively weak.Methanol/carbon tetrachloride extraction was used for pretreatment,and a gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry method was established to identify and determine 5-bromo-5-nitro-1,3-dioxane in the buffer solution.The standard curve established by the external standard method had a good linear relationship,which can meet the quantitative analysis of the measured concentration range,and the stability of the test was high.
