几种脱除药厂沼气中的硫化氢的工艺技术对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 石家庄某药厂沼气含有大量硫化氢,采用碱法脱硫技术,不能满足现场需求。本文研发了一种新型络合铁装置脱硫工艺技术,并与超重力脱硫技术和干法脱硫技术同时在现场进行了中试试验。试验结果表明,络合铁装置脱硫工艺技术处理后,出口气体H_(2)S浓度低于设备检出限(0.1 ppm),达到了国标的气体一类质量要求,明显优于其他几种脱硫技术。通过设备参数和投入对比表明,该技术该运行2年后,性价比优势越来越明显,非常适合工业现场应用。 The biogas of a pharmaceutical factory in Shijiazhuang contains a large amount of hydrogen sulfide,which can not meet the demand of the site by using alkali desulfurization technology.A new desulfurization technology for complex iron unit was developed and pilot-scale tests were carried out in the field together with high gravitydesulfurization technology and dry desulfurization technology.The experimental results showed that the concentration of H_(2)S in the export gas was lower than the detection limit(0.1 ppm)of the equipment after the desulfurization technology of the complex iron unit,which reached the national standard of gas quality requirements of Class I and was obviously better than other desulfurization technologies.The comparison of equipment parameters and input showed that the technology had more and more obvious cost-performance advantages after two years of operation,which was very suitable for industrial field application.
