摘要
基于本科生的综合化学实验平台,探索了将二氧化硫的重要下游化工产品雕白粉转化为具有生物活性的环砜类化合物的综合性合成化学实验。通过此实验让学生系统性地接触和认识环境污染物下游产品在合成上的应用,树立环保理念。实验过程中采用以学生为核心的学习方式,提高学生的文献检索、合成实验操作以及谱图分析等多方面的能力,培养具有独立分析、独立思考和主动探索的综合型高素质人才。
Based on the comprehensive experimental platform for undergraduates,the comprehensive chemistry experiment of synthesizing bioactive cyclic sulfones by using rongalite,an important downstream chemical product,was explored.Through the experiment,students could systematically contact and understand the application of environmental pollutants downstream products in the organic synthesis,and further establish the concept of environment protection.In the process of the experiment,the student-centered learning method was adopted to improve students'comprehensive abilities in literature retrieval,synthesis experiment operation and spectrum analysis,cultivateing the talents with the comprehensive ability of independent analysis and active exploration.
