摘要
食品安全快速检测技术是食品质量与安全专业重要的专业课程之一,该课程虚拟仿真实验操作平台的建设促进了食品安全检测技术实验教学的信息化和智能化。较传统实验教学方法而言,虚拟仿真技术的应用极大激发了学生的兴趣、提高了学生的创新能力和问题解决能力、显著提高了教学质量,为促进虚拟仿真在食品分析类课程教学体系建设和教学模式改革方面提供了参考。
Food safety rapid detection technology is one of the important professional courses of Food Quality and Safety specialty.The construction of virtual simulation experiment operation platform of this course promoted the informatization and intelligence of experiment teaching of Food Safety Detection Technology.Compared with traditional experimental teaching methods,the application of virtual simulation technology greatly stimulated students'interest,improved students'innovation ability and problem-solving ability,significantly improved the teaching quality,and provided a reference for promoting the construction of virtual simulation in the teaching system and teaching model reform of food analysis courses.
