摘要
当代社会对高等工程人才的需求更加多样化,更注重高等工科人才的科技创新能力、团队合作能力、逻辑思维能力,以及更高的工程素养,传统工科教育理念正逐步向新工科教育转变。此外,高等院校工科人才培养应注重专业知识与思想道德等综合素质的全面提升。本项目以《工程金属材料》课程为例,将新工科建设与课程思政改革有机结合开展教学设计研究,形成协同效应,共同服务于制造强国的国家发展战略。
The demand for engineering talents in modern society is more diversified,and it is more important to cultivate engineering talents with scientific and technological innovation ability,teamwork ability,logical thinking ability and engineering literacy of higher.The traditional engineering concept should be changed to the new engineering.In addition,universities should give a more comprehensive training of engineering students.Not only students'professional knowledge needs to be improved,but also their ideological and moral education needs attention.Taking the course of Engineering Metallic Materials as an example,the construction of new engineering subjects were combined with the ideological and political reform of the course,teaching reform was carried out,synergy was formed,and jointly the national development strategy of raising the country's manufacturing power was served.
