摘要
以汉白玉废料为原料 ,利用化学方法合成超细轻质碳酸钙粉末 ,探讨了煅烧温度、碳化温度、CO2 浓度、搅拌速度对碳酸钙颗粒的粒径的影响。实验结果表明 :通过控制煅烧温度为 95 0℃、碳化温度为 5℃、CO2 浓度为6 0 %、搅拌速度为 14 0 0r/min ,可以制得超细轻质碳酸钙。
Useing white marble as material, to synthesize the superfine calcium carbonate is produced by chemosynthesis. The effects of calcination temperature, reaction temperature, the concentration of carbon dioxide and the mix speed on the particle size of calcium carbonate are researched. The experiment results show that the superfine calcium carbonate by chemosynthesis is possible under the conditions of calcinartion temperature(950?℃) ,reactiontemperature (5?℃), the concentration of carbon dioxide(60%),the speed of mix round(1400?r/min).
