基于文献计量的国内外员工建言研究比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Domestic and Foreign Employee Voice Research:A Bibliometric Approach

摘要 为整体把握建言领域研究现状,了解国内外研究差距,给未来国内建言研究提供理论支撑,采用文献计量方法,对CSSCI和SSCI数据库中收录的员工建言文献进行系统性回顾与比较,揭示建言领域的研究热点、主题及前沿趋势。结果发现,国内外研究的相似之处在于:①与员工建言相关的个体和领导因素是共同关注的重点内容;②领导和情境因素对建言的影响以及建言后果是共有的研究前沿。不同之处在于:①在具体变量的考察上,国内外研究因文化等因素不同而有所差异;②国内对情境因素、工作产出的探讨很少;③国外更加关注安全建言和特殊群体建言。 To have an overall grasp of the research status of voice behavior field,understand the gap between domestic and foreign research,and provide suggestions for future domestic voice research,bibliometric approach is used to systematically review and compare the employee voice literature collected in CSSCI and SSCI database,and reveal the research hotspots,themes,frontiers and trends in the field of voice behavior.Results show that,there are some similarities between domestic and foreign researches:individual and leadership factors related to employee voice are the focus of common attention;the influence of leadership and contextual factors on voice behavior and its consequences are the common research frontiers.There are also so differences:in the investigation of specific variables is different due to cultural differences;there are few domestic researches focus on contextual factors and work outcomes;foreign researches pay more attention to safety voice and voice behavior of special group.
