摘要
在我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段的背景下,提升城市工业用地效率已迫在眉睫。基于高质量发展与东北地区需求,将空间实践举证法、AHP层次分析法及空间句法等研究方法相结合,从经济效益、空间效益、环境影响、创新能力、发展潜力及用地适宜六方面构建评价体系,识别并划分工业用地类型,并以齐齐哈尔市中心城区为例对工业用地进行评价,提出相应的优化策略。
In the context of China’s economy shifting from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,it is urgent to improve the efficiency of urban industrial land use.Based on the needs of the Northeast region in China,the types of industrial land were evaluated from economic benefit,spatial benefit,environmental impact,innovation ability,development potential,and land use suitability by spatial practice evidence method,AHP analytic hierarchy process,and space syntax.Taking the downtown area of Qiqihar as an example,corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.
