摘要
目前应用于超高压管道系统较为主流的材料为美标材料和欧标材料。超高压管道所用材料除了考虑材料的强度、耐腐蚀性能、适用温度范围以及抗疲劳性能,还要考虑材料的加工工艺等相关性能,同时综合考虑经济成本等因素,最后选定合适的材料。对于公称压力在PN 420(本文定义为超高压)以上的管道系统,目前在我国还没有相应的管道设计标准和制造标准,通过对某EVA装置中用到的超高压管道材料进行详细分析及研究,以欧标材料为例,分析归纳了PN 500、PN 1600、PN 3600三个公称压力等级中管子、管件、阀门、法兰、螺栓和垫片材料等管道组成件选用时考虑的因素,并给出了典型配伍选用的工程示例,也可作为同类超高压工况选材时参考。
American standard materials and European standard materials are the mainstream materials used in ultra-high pressure pipeline system at present.In addition to considering the strength,corrosion resistance,applicable temperature range and fatigue resistance of the materials used in ultra-high pressure pipelines,the processing technology and other related properties of the materials should also be considered.At the same time,the economic cost and other factors should be considered comprehensively,and the appropriate materials should be selected at last.For the pipeline system with nominal pressure above PN 420(defined as ultra-high pressure in this paper),there is no corresponding pipeline design standard and manufacturing standard in China.Through detailed analysis and research on ultra-high pressure pipeline materials used in an EVA device,taking European standard materials as an example,the factors considered in the selection of pipe components such as pipes,fittings,valves,flanges,bolts and gasket materials in three nominal pressure grades of PN 500,PN 1600 and PN 3600 were analyzed and summarized,and typical engineering examples of compatibility selection were given,which could also be used as reference for material selection in similar ultra-high pressure conditions.
