我国电子竞技产业多元主体协同发展的时代价值与理路创新

Value of Times and Innovation of Rationale for Synergistic Development of Multi-subjects in China's E-Sports Industry

电子竞技产业作为我国数字体育新模式、体育产业新业态,在我国体育强国战略实施和体育产业高质量发展中具有重要推动作用。运用文献资料、逻辑递推等研究方法,发现该产业结构失衡严重、产业链内聚力薄弱及产业规范程度亟需完善等突出问题。通过引入多元主体协同理论,对我国电子竞技产业的主体架构和多元主体协同契合性进行剖析,得出电子竞技产业多元主体协同发展对助推电子竞技产业发展新效能、拓展体育产业数字发展新空间、标注数字经济多元发展的新路向等具有重要现实意义。提出电子竞技产业协同治理促升级的目标协同,权责分明共推进的组织协同,优势互补增共赢的资源协同,需求引领求联动的利益协同,规范行业同聚力的保障协同等5个协同创新理路。

As a new mode of digital sports and a new industry of sports industry in China,the e-Sports industry plays an important role in the implementation of China's sports power strategy and the high-quality development of sports industry.Using research methods such as literature and logical recursion,it find that the industry has serious structural imbalance,weak cohesion in the industry chain and the degree of industry regulation needs to be improved.By introducing the theory of synergy of multi-subjects,the main structure of China's e-Sports industry and the synergy of multiple subjects are analysed,and it is concluded that the synergistic development of multiple subjects in the e-Sports industry is of great practical significance in promoting the new efficiency of e-Sports industry development,expanding the new space for digital development of the sports industry and marking the new direction of diversified development of the digital economy.It proposes five synergistic innovation approaches,such as the goal synergy of collaborative governance for upgrading the e-Sports industry,the organisational synergy of clear authority and responsibility,the resource synergy of complementary advantages and win-win situation,the interest synergy of demand-led linkage,and the guarantee synergy of regulating the industry and gathering strength.
