构建双循环的新发展格局作为“十四五”时期推动国民经济高质量发展的重大战略,结合体育产业所具备的融合性高、关联性强、增长空间大等特点,是新时期我国促发展、稳就业的重要举措。通过文献资料、专家访谈等方法,分析我国体育产业发展情况,得出体育产业作为日后国民经济的支柱性产业和经济的新的增长点,在新发展格局下能够发挥服务国内大循环、赋能国际外循环的优势作用,要实现高质量发展,需优化要素配置、打造体育产业高标准市场,调整结构布局、推动体育产业高水平开放。

As a major strategy to promote the high-quality development of the national economy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the construction of a new development pattern of double circulation,combined with the characteristics of high integration,strong correlation and large growth potential of the sports industry,is an important measure to promote development and stabilize employment in China in the new period.Through literature and expert interviews,it analyse the development of China's sports industry and conclude that,as a pillar industry of the national economy and a new growth point of the economy,the sports industry can play an advantageous role in serving the domestic circulation and enabling the international circulation under the new development pattern,and in order to achieve high-quality development,it need to optimise the allocation of factors,create a high-standard market for the sports industry,adjust the structure and layout,and promote to achieve high-quality development,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of factors,create a high-standard market for the sports industry,adjust the structure and layout,and promote a high level of openness in the sports industry.
