光伏纳米涂层检测方法研究

摘要 随着光伏领域自清洁材料的大规模推广使用,对自清洁材料中纳米涂层的检测需求也变得极为迫切。光伏纳米涂层作为新型材料应用于光伏组件,与传统的检测方法存在多方面不同。由于没有相应的检测标准,需利用纳米涂层其自身特性,结合多种已有检测方法进行研究。本文介绍的检测方法,从产品特性和可靠性试验的角度考虑,着重分析了光伏纳米涂层的光学特性测试、可靠性测试和其他测试,为推广光伏纳米涂层在光伏领域的应用,提供了重要的检测方法和依据。 With the wide use of self-cleaning materials in photovoltaic field, the need for the detection of nano-coatings in self-cleaning materials has become extremely urgent.Photovoltaic nano-coating is a new type of materials used in photovoltaic components, which differs from traditional detection methods in many aspects.Because there is no corresponding test standard, it is necessary to study the nano-coating by using its own characteristics and combining with a variety of existing test methods.The detection methods described in this paper are mainly analyzed from the point of view of product characteristics and reliability tests.The optical properties, reliability and other tests of photovoltaic nano-coatings are analyzed.This provides an important detection method and basis for promoting the application of photovoltaic nano-coatings in the field of photovoltaics.
