基于振动传感器校准系统的自动化改进方法研究

摘要 振动传感器在发动机测试领域中大规模使用,是监测发动机状态的重要工具。如何完成振动传感器自动校准一直以来都是振动计量工作的重点,为此提出针对3629自动校准系统的二次开发优化方案,利用Visual Basic程序编辑软件提取相关数据,根据检定规程要求完成数据计算,并生成相应格式的校准证书记录,按照校准时间、委托单位、设备编号分类保存。改进了该校准系统与国内检定规程不相符合的部分,完善振动计量自动化工作的最后一环,实现检定校准文件输出全自动化的预期。 Vibration sensor is used in aero-engine test on a large scale.It is an important instrument for engine monitoring.The realization of vibration sensor automatic calibration is key point of vibration measurement.The project was raised in this paper that aimed at optimizing 3629 automatic calibration system.This project was based on Visual Basic.The calibration data was abstracted from the system and calculated according to the verification regulation of vibration sensor.The calibration certificate was generated in accordance with the regulation as well and saved by calibration time, client and serial number.The conflict between calibration system and verification regulation is corrected.Automation degree of vibration calibration system was improved.The expectation of calibration files automatic outputting is realized.
