摘要
硫化学发光气相色谱法为目前公认的最灵敏、选择性最宽的硫化物检测方法。硫化学发光检测器(SCD)气相色谱仪已在石油石化、环保及相关科研单位得到了广泛的应用。为满足相关量值溯源需求,以中国测试技术研究院为第一起草单位牵头制定的硫化学发光检测器气相色谱仪校准规范,分别对气体及液体进样方式的SCD检测器气相色谱仪检测限校准结果的不确定度进行了评定。评定过程真实有效,可为相关机构技术人员在检测和校准过程中对检测限的不确定度评定提供参考。
Sulfur chemiluminescence gas chromatography is the most sensitive and selective method for sulfide detection.Gas chromatograph with sulfur chemiluminescence detector(SCD)has been widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, environmental protection and related research institutions.In order to meet the requirement of traceability, the uncertainty of the calibration results of the detection limit of gas chromatograph with SCD of gas and liquid injection mode was evaluated in combination with the calibration specification of gas chromatograph with SCD developed by NIMTT as the first drafting unit.The evaluation process is real and effective, which can provide reference for the evaluation of uncertainty of detection limit in the process of detection and calibration.
