摘要
目的研究生物学教育结合核心肌群训练预防下腰痛(LBP)复发的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年8月该院收治的LBP患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为生物学教育组(A组)、核心肌群训练组(B组)和生物学教育联合核心肌群(C组),每组30例,每周干预2次,共干预8周。在干预后3、6、12个月时采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Roland-Morris功能障碍量表(RMDQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者疼痛、功能及情绪情况。结果干预后3个月,C组SAS、SDS评分较B组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后6个月,C组VAS、RMDQ评分较A组明显改善,且其SAS及SDS评分较B组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后12个月,C组VAS、SAS、SDS评分较A、B组明显改善,而RMDQ评分好于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生物学教育结合核心肌群训练预防LBP复发的效果更显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of biology education combined with core muscle training to prevent the recurrence of low back pain(LBP).Methods A total of 90 LBP patients admitted from March 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into biology education group(group A),core muscle group training group(group B)and biology education combined with core muscle group(group C),with 30 patients in each group,twice a week for eight weeks.Patient pain,function and mood were assessed by visual analogue scales(VAS),Roland-Morris dysfunction questionnaire(RMDQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)at 3,6 and 12 months after the intervention.Results Three months after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores improved in group C compared with group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after the intervention,the VAS and RMDQ scores in group C were significantly improved compared with group A,and SAS and SDS scores were improved compared with group B,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Twelve months after the intervention,VAS,SAS and SDS scores in group C improved compared with groups A and B,while RMDQ score was better than group A,all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biology education combined with core muscle group training is more effective in preventing LBP recurrence.
