摘要
为掌握黄檗半同胞家系间苗期生长的差异,本文对黄檗半同胞家系1年生幼苗的苗高和地径进行了定期测量,并利用Logistic方程构建了苗高和地径的生长模型,分析了不同黄檗半同胞家系间的苗期生长差异。结果表明,构建的不同黄檗半同胞家系苗期生长Logistic方程拟合精度均大于0.8。黄檗苗期生长分为“前慢期”、“速生期”和“后慢期”。家系间苗高和地径速生初期差异不显著(P>0.05),速生期末期和持续时间差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。L1-3号家系苗高速生期持续时间最长,为49 d;H1-1号家系地径速生期持续时间最长,为75 d。据家系间苗期生长差异,将16个黄檗家系分为“早型”、“中型”和“晚型”。黄檗苗期生长符合“S”型曲线,地径早于苗高进入速生期,且持续时间较长。黄檗半同胞家系间苗期生长存在较大差异,应根据家系苗期生长类型进行集约管理。
In order to grasp the difference of interseedling growth between half sibling families of Phellodendron amurense.In this paper,the height and ground diameter of one-year-old seedlings of the half sib family of Phellodendron amurense were measured,and established the growth model of seedling height and ground diameter by Logistic equation.Finally,the seedling growth difference among different half sib families were analyzed.The results showed that the Logistic model fitting accuracy of different half sibling families of Phellodendron amurense at seedling stage were all greater than 0.8.The seedling growth of Phellodendron amurense could be divided into"pre-slow stage","fast growth stage"and"post-slow growth stage".There were no significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter in the early stage of rapid growth(P>0.05),but significant differences in the late stage and duration of rapid growth(P<0.05).The duration of highspeed growth period of l1-3 seedlings was 49 days.H1-1 family had the longest duration of rapid growth period,which was 75 days.According to the differences of seedling growth among families,16 families of Phellodendron amurense were divided into"early type","medium type"and"late type".Conclusion:the growth of Phellodendron amurense at seedling stage was in line with"S"curve.The ground diameter entered into fast growth stage earlier than seedling height,and the duration was longer.There were great differences in seedling growth between the siblings of Phellodendron amurense,so intensive management should be carried out according to the seedling growth types of the families.
