适宜于杏鲍菇工厂化栽培的菌渣和基质配方初筛

Screening of Residues and Substrates Formula Suitable for Industrial Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii

本研究利用杏鲍菇菌渣和香菇菌渣替代常规配方中的木屑和甘蔗渣工厂化栽培杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii),研究不同配方对其生长特性和经济效益的影响。结果表明,与常规配方相比,杏鲍菇菌渣配方组的经济效益均高于对照组,其中配方SMS4(杏鲍菇菌渣15%、木屑10%、玉米芯40%、麸皮18%、玉米粉7%、豆粕7%、石膏1.5%和石灰1.5%)的栽培效果最佳。说明利用杏鲍菇菌渣进行杏鲍菇的工厂化栽培具有可行性。

Pleurotus eryngii residue and Lentinula edodes residue was used in replacement of saw dust and sugarcane bagasse in the conventional formula at different mass proportions to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii.Agronomic traits,including fruiting body characteristics and economic benefit were measured.The results showed that the best effect of cultivation is SMS4.The results suggested that cultivating Pleurotus eryngii using Pleurotus eryngii residue is feasible.
