草珊瑚地上部分不同采收时间、不同部位有效成分含量研究 被引量:4

Study on the Contents of Active Components in Different Parts of Above Ground Parts of Sarcandra glabra at Different Harvest Times

摘要 本文以贵州黔东南州榕江县野生草珊瑚为试验材料,采用HPLC法测定7~12月6个不同采收期野生草珊瑚地上茎叶两个部位新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异嗪皮啶和迷迭香酸4种有效成分含量,研究不同采收期对草珊瑚有效成分含量的影响,为确定最佳采收期和提高草珊瑚质量提供理论依据。结果显示,野生草珊瑚叶片中4种有效成分含量都在11月份达到最高,在野生草珊瑚茎部中,异嗪皮啶在8月份达到最高,且与7月、9月、10月、11月及12月份含量差异达极显著,其余3种有效成分均在11月份含量达到最高。野生草珊瑚茎叶中4种成分含量差异显著,茎部中新绿原酸、隐绿原酸和异嗪皮啶3种含量在各个采收期均高于叶片中,而茎中迷迭香酸含量低于叶中含量,因此可根据所需有效成分的差异,选择不同的采收部位和合适的采收期。 To study the effects of different harvest times on the contents of effective components of Sarcandra glabra,the contents of four active components(neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isofraxidin and rosmarinic acid)in the stems and leaves of the wild Sarcandra glabra from Rongjiang County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou province were determined by HPLC.The results showed that the contents of four active components in the leaves of wild Sarcandra glabra reached the highest in November,and the contents of isofraxidin in the stems of wild Sarcandra glabra reached the highest in August,and there was a significant difference from that in July,September,October,November and December.The contents of the other three active components reached the highest in November.The contents of neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid and isofraxidin in the stem were higher than those in the leaves at each harvest time,while the contents of rosmarinic acid were the opposite.Therefore,according to the difference of required effective components,different harvest parts and appropriate harvest time are selected.
