摘要
分析了武汉地区自然冷却资源量,介绍了数据中心常规系统流程的运行逻辑,结合完全自然冷却在时间轴上呈碎片化分布的特性,指出其利用自然冷却效率较低的原因。为提高数据中心能源利用效率,该项目采用蓄冷罐释冷混水技术,通过对空调系统进行详细分析,采用了一种新型混水温控阀,达到快速混水的目的。IT设备在满负荷条件下,PUE为1.336,满足设计要求,节能效果显著。
This paper analyses the amount of free cooling resources in Wuhan,and presents the operating logic of the conventional system process of the data center.Combined with the fragmented distribution of complete free cooling on the time axis,this paper points out the reasons for its low efficiency in using free cooling.In order to improve the energy efficiency of the data center,this project adopts the water mixing technology with cold storage tank to release cold.The air conditioning system is analysed in detail,and a new type of water mixing temperature control valve is adopted to achieve the purpose of rapid water mixing.Under full load conditions of IT equipment,the data center has a PUE of 1.336,which meets the design requirements and has significant energy-saving effects.
