摘要
家蚕(Bombyx mori)在高密度饲养过程中容易遭受各类病原微生物的感染,常对养蚕业造成重大经济损失。家蚕通过自身先天性免疫系统来抵抗这些病原微生物的侵害,在这一防御系统的所有组成部分中,抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptide,AMP)是家蚕先天性免疫反应的下游效应子。目前已经证实家蚕抗菌肽有6个家族,即cecropin、defensin、moricin、gloverin、lebocin和Attacin。本文介绍了家蚕合成抗菌肽的分子机制,总结了家蚕抗菌肽的分类及免疫作用研究进展,并对家蚕抗菌肽的防御机制研究进行了讨论和展望,以期为后续抗菌肽研究提供参考。
Silkworm,Bombyx mori is susceptible to infection by various pathogenic microbes during high density rearing,which often causes great economic losses to sericulture.The silkworm antagonizes these pathogenic microbes by its innate immune system.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are downstream effectors of all the components of this defense system.Six families of AMPs in silkworm have been identified so far,namely cecropin,defensin,moricin,gloverin,lebocin and attacin.In this paper,the molecular synthesis,the classification and immune effects,and the defense mechanisms of AMPs in silkworm were reviewed,so as to provide references for the further research on AMPs.
