摘要
采用梯度洗脱及柱色谱法对竹叶中的有效活性成分重点为黄酮进行了分离研究、提纯。试验中所用色谱柱填料为本实验室自制 ,其色谱柱长 2 98mm ,内径 10mm ,洗脱体系为乙醇 -水溶液。试验在提取分离黄酮的同时得到了叶绿素 ,同时从竹叶中分离出了多糖成分。研究表明不同的竹叶其黄酮含量不同。磁竹、白家子竹不含黄酮类化合物 ,而大竹叶和小竹叶均含有黄酮类化合物 ,且大竹叶和校内采小竹叶黄酮含量分别为 1.5 6 %、4 .0 7%。
The effective and active components in bamboo leaves were separated using gradient elution and column chromatography. The column filling of the chromatographic column is homemade and the column is 298 mm long and its inner diameter is 10 mm. Ethanol and distilled water were chosen as elution system. The chlorophyll and polysaccharideis were obtained during the extraction and separation of the flavone. The result showed that the content of the flavone in each bamboo leave is different.The content of the flavone in the large leave and small leave are 1.56% and 4.07% respectively.
