摘要
试验以南美白对虾(Litopenaeus Vannamei)为试验对象,研究小球藻对南美白对虾免疫功能的影响。试验选择大小接近健康度良好的南美白对虾60只,随机分为4组,分对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组,每组15头。试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在基础日粮里分别添加0.6%、1.2%、1.8%的小球藻,对照组饲喂基础日粮。投喂30d后,对4个处理组的南美白对虾进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酚氧化酶(PO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、溶菌酶(LZM)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总抗氧化能力进行测定。试验结果显示,试验3组的南美白对虾血清中SOD、NOS、LZM、ALP活性、T-AOC含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验2组、试验3组的SOD、NOS、LZM、PO、ALP、ACP、T-AOC含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1组的SOD、ALP、ACP、T-AOC含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验证明,小球藻能有效提高南美白对虾的免疫功能,以试验3组添加1.8%的小球藻效果最佳。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Chlorella on immune function of Litopenaeus Vannamei.Sixty Litopenaeus Vannamei with similar size and good health were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,experiment group 1,experiment group 2 and experiment group 3,with 15 Litopenaeus Vannamei in each group.Experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.6%,1.2%and 1.8%chlorella,respectively,and the control group was fed basal diet,respectively.After 30 days of feeding,superoxide dismutase(SOD),phenol oxidase(PO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS),lysozyme(LZM),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total antioxidant capacity of Litopenaeus Vannamei in 4 treatment groups were determined.The results showed that the activities of SOD,NOS,LZM,ALP and contents of T-AOC in serum of test group 3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The contents of SOD,NOS,LZM,PO,ALP,ACP and T-AOC in test groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).SOD,ALP,ACP and T-AOC contents in test group 1 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The results showed that Chlorella could effectively improve the immune function of Litopenaeus Vannamei,and the effect of 1.8%chlorella in test group 3 was the best.
