摘要
黑龙江职业学院与北京艾丝碧西食品有限公司合作,连续五年在食品类专业开展现代学徒制试点。突破校企地域限制,开创了“三双一跨一服务,两段一体一平台”的现代学徒制人才培养体系,为行业企业培养符合企业需要并能适应食品相应岗位工作的高素质、高级技能型专门人才。
Heilongjiang Vocational College cooperates with Beijing SPC Food Co.,Ltd.to carry out modern apprenticeship in food majors for five consecutive years.Breaking through the geographical restrictions of schools and enterprises,the company has created a modern apprenticeship talent training system of“three pairs,one cross,one service,two sections,one platform”,to train high-quality,senior skilled professionals who meet the needs of enterprises and can adapt to the corresponding positions of food for the industry enterprises.
