Moral education is the primary task of higher vocational education,and the results-oriented concept is applied to the ideological and political construction of professional courses.By analyzing the result orientation and the connotation of curriculum ideology and politics,this paper expounds the train of thought and practice path of the construction of“Fermentation Engineering Technology”,so as to achieve the goal of accelerating the training of successors in the new era.
