PI3K/AKT通路在眼科疾病作用的研究进展

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/丝氨酸-苏氨酸激酶(AKT)信号通路参与调节细胞转化、增殖、凋亡、迁移、葡萄糖转运等过程,在多种肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。近些年研究发现PI3K/AKT信号通路在白内障和增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等眼科疾病中具有关键作用,通过该信号通路有望控制相关眼病的发展。本文对PI3K/AKT信号通路在眼科疾病中的调控作用进行综述。
