摘要 介绍了高转速大容量电驱系统配套异步电机的电磁设计、结构设计、机械强度、风路仿真校核以及电机试验结果。在电机的设计过程中需要重点控制的地方,包括涉及电机寿命的绝缘材料选用、电机振动幅值控制等方面。产品的成功研发,对国家节能减排具有积极意义。 Electromagnetic design structural design mechanical strength wind path simulation check and motor test results of the asynchronous motor supporting high speed and large capacity electric drive system has been introduced;as well as where it is a must to have key control in the process of design of the motor,including the aspects such as the selection of insulation material related to the life of the motor,the control of motor vibration amplitude and so on.The successful development of products has positive significance for national energy conservation and emission reduction.
