摘要
建立了直流电机常用电枢绕组断路故障计算模型,分析了绕组断路时故障片间电阻的分布规律,并举例说明了该方法在实际中的应用。作者通过计算,说明了短路故障不适宜使用测量片间电阻的方法进行分析。最后,还研究了检测方法的灵敏度问题,并提出了改进的建议。
The calculation model of armature winding break fault of DC motor has been established,the distribution regularities of resistance between fault plates analyzed,and the application of this method in practice illustrated with examples.By calculation,the author shows that short circuit fault is not suitable to be analyzed by measuring the resistance between plates.Finally,the sensitivity of the detection method has been studied and some suggestions for improvement forward.
