电机转子撑块螺栓断裂分析

摘要 电机转子撑块螺栓断裂会造成重大质量事故及巨大经济损失,必须予以杜绝。本文从材料的力学性能、显微组织、断口形貌、受力状态进行综合分析,断口检查结果表明,撑块螺栓断口属于疲劳断口。本文有针对性地提出了改进建议,为设计改进提供支撑。 The fracture of bolt of motor rotor support block will cause serious quality accident and huge economic loss,which must be eliminated.In this paper,analysis by synthesis is done from the mechanical property of material,microstructure and fracture appearance;and it shows from the result of examination of fracture that the fracture of support block belongs to fatigue one.In this paper some suggestions has been put forward so as to provide support for the improvement of design.
